Builders Risk for the Professional Builder

Pro-Builders Risk is an automated builder's risk insurance program designed for the Professional Builder that produces 25 or more new starts per year. Pro-Builders Risk offers a choice of higher deductibles and lower rates. Insured homebuilders can use the software to report new starts and produce their own Certificates of Insurance for loan closings. Premiums are billed on a monthly basis as new starts are reported and even the premium payment may be automated or paid with Visa, Master Card or American Express.
